We are processors of wood-based materials. This naturally leads to the awareness that we are dealing with finite resources. It is our responsibility to act sustainably and with a forward-looking approach. Our goal must be to integrate this awareness and responsibility into our daily work.

Accordingly, sustainability is not only applicable to the use of raw materials and resources but also to the manufacturing of our own products. In addition to implementing resource-efficient processes in our daily production, we make a tangible contribution to addressing climate change and environmental protection by supporting climate and environmental projects.

With our main location in Laer, in the Münsterland region, we are part of a village network. Many of us at VOMO live in close proximity to the company’s location and are rooted in this local community. As part of this solidarity, we aim to create a foundation and environment through regional engagement where all residents, including ourselves, can enjoy living long-term. At the same time, our rural location makes it essential for us to attract new people from the surrounding area by making them aware of us as a potential employer.
